To use the rose quartz facial roller apply gentle pressure and start in the middle of the face working outwards and upwards, repeat several times in different areas of the face, i.e. across your forehead and from your mouth and across to the cheek bones. Finally, roll downwards down the outside of your face down the neck to the collar bones. Be gentle around your eye.
