Peppermint Essential Oil 10ml

Peppermint essential oil is a fresh, menthol oil which has a strong, minty and cooling aroma.
Our UK produced peppermint essential oil is cooling when hot and warming when cold. It is used to disperse heat both physically and emotionally for example anger and fear. It has a stimulating and replenishing affect, so is useful for relieving tiredness, easing tension, headaches and helping the muscles in the digestive system.
Recently research has indicated that peppermint oil can be useful when experiencing gastrointestinal issues such as IBS, cramping and muscle pain having an anti inflammatory and pain relieving effect.
Peppermint oil blends well with benzoin, eucalyptus, marjoram, lemon, lavender and rosemary.
Use in a diffuser/oil burner or in a blend, with a carrier oil, to use as a skin treatment, body oil or bath oil.
◉ MEASURE YOUR WRIST ◉
Suggested directions for use:
Add 6-10 drops in a bath.
Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.
