Delivery Information

All items are either hand picked or custom made and packed by the team here at The Holistic Hamper. Items are carefully protected and well packaged to prevent damage and any loss of quality when passing through the mechanical and manual sorting performed on the journey from our shop to your door. 

Please note that all bracelets are handmade to the size on your order, so please allow an extra day or two for your custom bracelet to be made before shipping. If you order is urgent please contact us and we will make best endeavours to prioritise it for shipment.

Gift Vouchers - the electronic code relating to a Gift Voucher will be sent by email once an order has been placed on our website.

The delivery policy relating to this website is set out below:

United Kingdom

Posting will default to the applicable rate based upon the weight and dimensions of the products being ordered. Typically single bracelets and smaller items will be accepted by the Post Office as large letter, multiple bracelets and crystals sets (due to their dimensions) will be shipped as small parcels.  Optionally customers can choose to upgrade the shipping to Next Day, noting that bracelets typically take 2-3 working days to ship from order.

Large Letter - Standard Postage UK (3 business days)

Small Parcel - Royal Mail Small Parcel - Signed (3 business days)

Next Day Delivery -  Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1.00pm

All orders will be shipped in accordance with the prevailing shipping and carriage terms applicable at the time of placing the order.  These can change with out prior notice 

UK customers will have the option to upgrade the shipping to tracked, signed for or next working day delivery, each has a clearly defined cost which will be added to the cost of your total basket value.

Europe

Due to legislation and certification requirements introduced by the countries of the EU it is no longer commercially viable for us to ship into Europe,  we apologise for this restriction and will keep monitoring EU legislation and cost of compliance for changes.

Rest of the World

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked, the shipping price will be based upon the size and weight of the order and will be shipped as either large letter or small parcel. The cost of shipping is clearly defined at the point of selection and adding to your basket.

USA

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail or Courier Tracked service. The shipping price will be based upon the size and weight of the order at the time of adding to your basket. The cost of shipping is clearly defined at the point of selection and adding to your basket.
