During menopause we wonderful women experience a decrease in the production of estrogen and progesterone hormones, which can lead to a variety of symptoms, such as hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, mood swings, and sleep disturbances. 


While hormone replacement therapy is often used to manage these symptoms, there are some women who in addition wish to explore the use of natural remedies, such as essential oils. As you know I love essential oils they smell wonderful and can help you through this time in your life, so what’s not to love.  Here’s a few oils that may help with your menopause symptoms. 



Essential Oils for Menopause:
